In a career spanning A & R, Artist, Producer and Studio Management, Diane’s managed the international careers of numerous artists signing them to Major and Independent labels and run self-releasing artist businesses.

A Guest lecturer / Assessor / Industry advisor for educational organisations including Abbey Road Institute, BIMM, ICMP, Bath Spa, University of Gloucestershire, Middlesex University and LIPA, she’s a qualified Professional Coach and provides specialist coaching for BA (Hons) and MA Music Business and Entrepreneurship students.

Appointments running alongside her management business include Chair, Board member and Directorships for a range of entertainment companies/charities and membership of Governance, Education, Health & Welfare committees. She is a Mental Health First Aider and a former member of Help Musicians UK’s Musicians Health Advisory Board.

Deluxxe represents artists and songwriters. The company enjoys a long history of managing the careers of both new and established acts. Past artists include Scouting for Girls who were developed over six years taking them from an unsigned act to major Live Arena stars with a No 1 Triple Platinum Album, nearly 3 million sales over three albums, four Top 10 singles, five Top 3 Airplay hits including two No 1s, four BRIT Nominations and an IVOR NOVELLO nomination.

The company’s roster has also included Lockdown Project, Touriste, A Girl Called Eddy, Carla Marie Williams and represents emerging artists Cortney Dixon and Diives.

Prior to Deluxxe, Diane co-owned Rise Management and represented artists including Republica, Beth Orton, Mike Scott (The Waterboys), Rialto, Miles Hunt (The Wonder Stuff), Sunhouse, Towering Inferno and The Drum Club.

In her early career, she was Director of record producer Tony Visconti’s (David Bowie, T.Rex, The Boomtown Rats) group of companies for five years. She managed Visconti’s Good Earth Recording Studios in London (clients included Duran Duran, George Michael, U2, the Sisters of Mercy, Altered Images and the Stranglers) and travelled internationally on behalf of his business.

Diane joined the music business as a music-obsessed teenager in EMI Records A & R division before moving into artist management where she worked with Philip Lynott and Thin Lizzy – she has never recovered!


IDEAL MUSIC PRODUCTIONS LTD provides artist development for new music talent. The company also acts as a consultancy for other artists and individuals new to the industry.




Assistant Manager

Tirian is a musician and singer songwriter, who has worked in the music industry since graduating with a first class honours in BA Music Business. She started her career in social media and digital marketing roles at Artist & Company, Vice Media and SGMG Creative, working closely with new and established  artists, public figures and brands. She has since found her calling in artist management, with a strong passion for nurturing and developing new and exciting talent.
